As principal designer and owner of Swinging Monkey Interiors after completing my Interior Design studies the company was given the opportunity to design the interior fit out for several villa’s located in the exclusive gated community on Hamilton Island, The Yacht Club Villa’s. Word of mouth provided the following 12 years with many varied projects ranging from one bedroom interior styling to project managing small developments.

Whether it is one room or a whole property we discuss the space and agree on budget and timing. Working on the comprehensive brief with the clients requirements forefront; a concept is created considering existing elements and timeless design trends. The project is brought to life with mood boards to illustrate finishes and fixtures and floor plans.

Interior Decorating & Styling
The knowledge of creating a room for a client by mixing the old with the new. Absorb and reflect many different styles and trends to create a space that is really interesting and hits the brief.
Color schemes, Furnishings, Window Coverings, Lighting and Accessories are all the elements that create the perfect space.
Custom Lighting & Project Management
Lighting is the linchpin to complement the look of the final design. We provide a comprehensive lighting plan to compliment all design aspects.
